With highs in the single digits and an unheated garage, Adam has officially moved his little bike operation into the laundry room:

There on top of the washer (next to the beer) is his brand-new bike repair toolkit, which he purchased with his Christmas money.  He’s building out a single speed fixie for my friend Rand out of an old Raleigh frame that he bought on Craigslist.  Now if I can just get him to build me a cargo bike…
