My sister sent me this article with a note: “You should move here.” I really like this concept, but it wouldn’t work all that well in the US where our transit systems aren’t quite as highly evolved as Germany’s.

I would love to live there! My boyfriend lived in Vauban for a year, and I spent a wonderful ten days there with him last spring. Between the streetcar system and the proximity of everything, I never wished we had a car. It’s a wonderful area!
