I can’t wait to see this movie with my 13-year-old son. He’s nearly vegan and convinced us to adopt a vegetarian diet over 4 years ago. He reads all packaged food labels with suspicion and is happy as can be with a meal of salad, beans, rice, fruit. He’s tall, lean and healthy – a walking testament to the benefits of eating close to the ground.
